Peter was an excellent driver.
There was an initial problem with the coach which meant a delayed departure, hence the 4 star rating. But it was dealt with very efficiently, and had it not been for this I would have had no hesitation in giving 5 stars. The booking process was smooth, with quick replies to emails and detailed answers to questions. Peter was an excellent driver, very helpful and cooperative all round, and the coach was easily the most comfortable one I have ever been in. I would happily recommend the company to others.

No hesitation in giving Nova Bussing 5 stars
If Peter had been our driver throughout then I would have had no hesitation in giving Nova Bussing 5 stars. He was an excellent driver and couldn’t have been more helpful. The minibus that he drove was also perfect.
My one issue was the change of driver and minibus for one transfer to The Grove. There was nothing wrong with the driver but the minibus didn’t have tables. He also took everything out of the minibus and then said he had to go. We had a short period with no minibus and driver.
As it turns out, the above issue really was minor as Peter returned very quickly after that.
