The driver arrived outside the hotel in Hastings in plenty of time, was informative in giving a commentary about what was out of the window. The minibus was spotlessly clean, and all aboard said how comfortable it was.

We had obtained three quotes for minibuses from Hastings to Amberley chalk pits, yours being the cheapest, and two members of the group had reservations about how cheap you were (we had a bad experience with an ancient bus from Birmingham to Heathrow that had holes in the floor, an open trailer with tarpaulin for our luggage, and doors that did not shut properly being driven by maniac). However, we were all very impressed with the vehicle, and would have no reservations in booking you again or recommending you to friends if we are back down in the Hastings area.

Your driver was a credit to the company, and it is good to find such a good organisation. Thank you very much for providing such a good service.
