Overall a satisfactory service. The vehicle was clean and well appointed with excellent air conditioning. The driver was polite and well turned out and arrived in good time to take us to our destination. However, we did have to wait over an hour outside the venue on our return which was disappointing. The driver explained that traffic was the problem but that was foreseeable. We got home in reasonable time and an extra drop off was accommodated which was much appreciated.
